Our Impact

We know our program has a big impact because the youth have told us so.

 

We have learned through both surveys and testimonials that Hero’s Journey delivers clear and measurable differences in the lives of youth. 

 

In 2019, a post-program survey was conducted among the youth who participated.  Results indicated a significant improvement in the protective factors, such as:

• community ties

• empathy

• impulse control

• optimism

• problem solving

• see the value of education
